to all leaving Students...
You know the grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, that though He was rich, yet for your sakes He became poor, so that you through His poverty might become rich. Therefore, we urge you, in view of God’s mercy, to offer your bodies as living sacrifices, holy and pleasing to God – this is your spiritual act of worship. And, In the presence of God and of Christ Jesus who will judge the living and the dead, and in view of his appearing and his kingdom, we give you this charge!
Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind and with all your strength; love your neighbour as yourself.
Be strong and very courageous. Do not let the Word of God depart from your mouth; meditate on it day and night, so that you may be careful to do everything written in it. Then you will be prosperous and successful. Be strong and courageous. Do not be terrified; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go.
Do not give anyone cause to look down on you because you are young, but set an example for the believers in speech, in life, in love, in faith and purity. Be diligent in these matters; give yourselves wholly to them, so that everyone may see your progress. Watch your life and doctrine closely. Persevere in them, because if you do you will save yourself and your hearers.
Keep your head in all situations, endure hardship, do the work of an evangelist, discharge all the duties of your ministry. Go and make disciples of all nations.
You, men and women of God, be strong in the grace that is in Christ Jesus. Pursue righteousness, godliness, faith, love, endurance and gentleness. Fight the good fight of the faith. Take hold of the eternal life to which you were called when you made your good confession in the presence of many witnesses. In the sight of God and of Christ Jesus we charge you to keep this commandment without spot or blemish until the appearing of our Lord Jesus Christ, which God will bring about in His own time. Guard what you have been entrusted to your care, looking to Jesus the author and perfecter of your faith. When He, the Chief Shepherd appears, you will receive the crown of glory that will never fade away.
